Getting Started

We encourage prospective students to schedule an appointment with an Admissions Representative to discuss the program and tour the campus. Our personalized approach allows us to get to know you and for you to have a firsthand experience in our educational setting.

Here’s an outline of how to get started:

• Schedule an appointment to visit our campus. This can be easily done through our web chat feature above, by calling 513.475.3600 or through this online form.
• During your visit you will get all the information you need, have your questions answered, and have a chance to tour our facilities.
• Upon making a decision to apply to Galen, follow the steps outlined in the Admission to Galen section. These steps will also be thoroughly explained when you visit our campus.
• Don’t wait to apply! Although Galen classes begin quarterly, classes fill quickly. It’s always a good idea to plan ahead and apply early.

Applicants will be considered for admission without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, national origin, age or veteran status.

Upon completion of the application process, Galen will consider the application in totality. Applicants will be notified in writing of acceptance or denial.
